I'd have done a full body shot but I still have a wicked silly tan line from my capri pants sunburn incident and it's so ridiculous looking it would've distracted from the fabulousness of the swimsuit. And, the Internet didn't implode upon the sight of me in a bathing suit, woo hoo! Moe, I'm so glad this portrait showed how these pieces fit a bit better. For that reason alone, it was worth it! I just saved up and bought myself a new suit from Junonia that I'm really excited about. I decided about 5 years ago to finally quit trying to wear bathing suits that didn't make me feel good and buy something to wear to the pool that did. My first tankini from Junonia (solid black bike-style shorts and solid black top) was great, but when the top got wet it ballooned up. My new suit is one piece with longer legs. It's black with hot pink details. Wasn't too sure about the hot pink part, but it adds some nice definition. Our weather has been a smidge cool (go figure!) but I'm headed to a family reunion at the beach in a few weeks. Can't wait to take the first dip in my new suit! Great suit!
