		<description>We made this recipe last night and I have to say that the boiling step worried me because the seeds smelled so gross! But I&#039;d never tried that before roasting them and it really made the difference, I think. Also, what I did was put the seeds in a bowl after washing and spritzed w/olive oil to lightly coat them, then mixed the seasonings in before spreading on the baking sheet. 

Finally, if you don&#039;t want them to take twice as long to roast, heed the &#039;single layer&#039; instruction. :)</description>
