		<description>Totally agree with your post and the comments.  Extremes never make for healthy living!  I always try to find a balance in my life, the key is for me is to be conscious of where I am pushing my priorities .

I think it also speaks to that all-or-nothing thinking: It&#039;s either I participate in punishing workouts and restrict what I eat (and I&#039;m still never &quot;perfect&quot;) or have a free-for-all and never move a muscle (making me a total failure). I&#039;ve had many times in my life that I&#039;ve done either, and I&#039;m happy being in the middle, too :) By the way, I really enjoy your blog!</description>
