Lindt has a 90% dark chocolate bar – I love cold, dark, bittersweet chocolate that melts under your tongue on a hot day.

Last night I made a pretty amazing chocolate souffle, so I’ll count that as my current favorite.
St. Laurent Bros in Bay City, Michigan, makes this lovely Sea Foam dipped in dark chocolate that is over the moon good.
