		<description>Sounds wonderful. I too have mixed feelings about the Biggest Loser show. I think the amount of weight they often lose is unrealistic and unsafe. When they only lose 2 lbs (what is considered normal and safe) they are severely disappointed. 

I love the idea of teamwork, healthy competition, and one of the biggest aspects of the show that is effective is when Jillian  or Bob get the person to &quot;break down&quot; and finally embrace or face the source of the weight problem ie family issues, abuse, loss of a loved one, and then learn to heal and move on. 

Good for you for being an inspiration. I love the spirit of your blog. Acceptance but not Complacence.
